Well, I have acquired a new tri-pod and I found that the cannon software has a remote shooting option. I decided to take a crack at this time lapse idea and capture the sun setting. (Hint: If you pay attention, you can see dad's head, and him standing on the dock for a very brief second.)

Fun with a puppy, water, and a camera

So the other day i broke my bike, nothing to bad just the fact that my chain pretty much exploded and the derailler flew off and smashed a couple of dents in my bike frame. Well since my bike is out of commission for a day or so i needed to find other ways to stay entertained. I took 3 things that i like (puppies, water, cameras) and mashed them into one fun game. The game is spray water out in front of myself then let Stevie try to eat the water and take pictures of her trying to eat the water, its much more fun then it sounds..........ohhh and then i studied super hard for my final, wink!

Not Fun In Tucson
So of late me and brooke have gone on 2 different hikes and let me tell you there was alot of not fun going on for both hikes.
Not fun hike 1, Saguaro national park/forest/thing. Ok so me and brooke went to saguaro place by default. We wanted to go to another trail but brooke got bad directions and we just went to saguaro. Let me tell you never go to Saguaro national park/forest/thing, i'm all for protecting tall cacti, but if you want the experience of going to this park, just type Saguaro cacti in to a google search, look at the pictures and you can then basically say that you have been to saguaro national park/forest/thing
Not fun hike 2, Pima canyon, now this isn't total not fun because i bet if there was actual water this would have been fun, but there is no water in tucson so it was total, not fun. Me and brooke hiked for an hour and hike about 3 miles or so up this canyon but the scenery never changed so we turned around and went home, yes my hair is really long, and yes i'm not cutting it untill after graduation.
Not fun happening of the week, so me and brooke went out and got venus fly traps. There have been alot of fruit flys in the kitchen so i figured a little venus fly trap would help with the problem. This was a great idea untill i lift the plant outside to get some sun and someone else let stevie out to poop, and the next thing i notice is stevie running around with an empty pot in her mouth and venus fly trap parts everywhere on the ground, don't worry i got a new one, and he is doing fine also me and brooke like to call that the paint brush on my head, abbi can have a tree, i've got a paint brush.......

A day under a mountain and a day on a mountain.
Me a brooke (gangles) made the journey to collosal cave, i think thats what its called it could have been collosum cave, i really wasn't paying that much attention. It was fun, it wasn't as cool as some of the caves i've been in such as mamoth cave or wind cave or what ever cave i've been in last, but it was cool and i do enjoy going into caves across the states. Also about 3 seconds after the guide warned us about the low ceiling, brooke ran her head into it, and on the way home we stopped and got bread from an old lady in a barn........Then the next day, today, me and brooke took, the puppy up on the mountain for a little hike, it was great we hiked along the side of the mountain for 2.5 miles or so. Stevie was great we could just drop the leash and she would lead the way or follow, it was a good time.

Stop Motion. Booyeah.
Well, here is another example of end of the year boredom. Its definitely not as good as my last stop motion video, but I think it is still very entertaining. I also felt a blogger drought, since I have not posted in a while. Enjoy.

"Rock biking" with gangles
Gangles(brooke) greatest dream came true, thats right she got a chance to go rock biking(mountain biking) with me. So we got her cousins bike that was made out of lead and maybe was purchased in 1968, and threw it on the back of my car and drove are way to fantasy island. She had all the correct protective wear elbow pads and knee pads (even if it was really one knee pad and 3 elbow bads, none of them matching), i had to convince her that wrist gaurds were not needed, i mean after all holding onto the handle bars is more important than protecting wrists, at least in my book. So naturally i took my camera (the old one) with me so that i could take some picture, i took a pic of gangles with all her protective gear on, and a picture of me going down the half pipe, and then gangles going down the half pipe, i hope you enjoy......
